Delivery issues

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are not refunded if a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.
