Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is not available after you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative (if available) or a refund.

Shipping and delivery

We pack orders with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected item(s). We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Returns & refunds

Change of mind returns (14 days):
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.

Perfume samples / vials:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns for perfume samples, vials, or any fragrance sample formats, including where packaging has been opened or the item has been used.

Damaged or leaking items on arrival:
If a perfume sample/vial arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected item(s). We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal and credit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.

Acceptance of order

We will send an email confirmation once your order is placed on our website.

VanityGloss reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
